Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for candles that have been used, partially burned, or damaged due to mishandling or misuse. We also cannot accept returns or provide refunds for candles that have been purchased from third-party retailers or resellers. Our return policy applies only to candles purchased directly from our store.
